Product Introduction

Mitsubishi machining centers feature a vertical design and are equipped with original Mitsubishi CNC control systems. The machine structure is manufactured from high-strength HT300 cast iron using an integrated casting process, providing a stable and reliable CNC machining platform for the production of precision components, mold manufacturing, and large structural parts. Based on workpiece size and material characteristics, users can customize spindle configurations, tool magazine capacity, and fourth-axis options to meet specific machining requirements. This flexibility enables the machine to perform a wide range of operations, including milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and complex contour machining.

Multiple operations completed in a single clamping setup.

Product Advantages

Details of the milling machine bed

◆ The machine body features a fully ribbed cast-iron structure with a widened floor-standing base design. This configuration minimizes vibration during heavy-duty cutting operations, ensuring that machine deformation remains within 0.003 mm even during extended continuous production.

◆ The spindle is equipped with a built-in central air-blow cleaning system. High-pressure air is released instantly when the tool is unclamped, removing metal chips from the taper hole, reducing tool clamping runout, and extending the service life of the tool holders.

◆ All three axes are protected by fully enclosed telescopic sheet-metal covers, effectively shielding the ball screws and linear guides from cutting fluids and metal chips. This helps reduce wear and lowers maintenance requirements for critical transmission components.

Mitsubishi machining center Details

◆ By combining Taiwanese-manufactured ball screws, precision bearings, and a high-performance servo control system, the machine delivers stable positioning accuracy and reliable machining performance.

◆ The machine is equipped with a 24-tool disc-type automatic tool changer, enabling efficient automatic tool changes to meet the requirements of various machining operations.

◆ The Mitsubishi machining center includes reserved interfaces for automation integration, allowing seamless connection with automatic feeders, gantry robots, and chip conveyors. This enables easy integration into unmanned production lines while supporting future automation upgrades.

How is equipment precision ensured?

Before leaving the factory, each Mitsubishi machining center undergoes comprehensive accuracy inspections and performance testing. Laser interferometers are used to verify three-axis positioning accuracy and positioning errors, while ballbar testing evaluates circular interpolation accuracy.

The machine then undergoes a 72-hour continuous no-load run-in test followed by an 8-hour cutting test under rated operating conditions. During these tests, spindle temperature, servo load variations, and tool changer performance are continuously monitored.

About Shipping

To ensure the equipment arrives safely at the customer's facility, we develop customized packaging and transportation solutions based on the machine's dimensions, weight, and shipping method.

Shipment from the machine tool manufacturer

◆ Anti-rust oil treatment
◆ Moisture-proof packaging
◆ Shock-absorbing securing measures
◆ Wooden crating or steel frame packaging
◆ Container bracing and reinforcement

For equipment shipped by sea, critical components undergo additional moisture-proofing to minimize the risk of damage from environmental factors during prolonged transit.
