1. Machine Structure
The machine features a heavy-duty cast bed weighing approximately 7.5 tons. The bed is cast as a single piece and undergoes an aging process to relieve internal stress. Both the X- and Z-axes are equipped with widened linear guideways in a dual-rail configuration, providing stable performance during heavy-duty cutting and maintaining machining accuracy over extended periods of operation.
2. Spindle
Equipped with an 18.5 kW spindle motor and a large-diameter (Φ160 mm) spindle assembly, the machine is capable of handling continuous cutting operations on steel, cast iron, and alloy materials, helping to improve machining efficiency.

The machine is equipped as standard with an 18-inch hydraulic chuck featuring adjustable clamping force for secure holding of large-diameter workpieces. The automatic hydraulic clamping system reduces manual setup and alignment time, making it suitable for machining components such as flanges, bearing housings, wheel hubs, and gear rings while improving overall clamping efficiency.
4. Turret
Turret configurations are available from a basic 4-station turret to an 8-station turret with live tooling capability. This allows multiple operations, including turning, grooving, and threading, to be completed in a single setup. Customers can select the configuration that best matches their machining requirements.

The coolant pump provides a flow rate of 4 m³/h and a delivery head of 40 m. The coolant tank is separated from the main machine body to reduce the effect of cutting heat on machining accuracy. Coolant is delivered through an integrated piping system within the machine base to flush away chips and reduce chip accumulation in the machining area.
6. Chip Conveyor
The machine is equipped with a drag-chain chip conveyor for the collection and removal of various chip types, including long, curled, clustered, and block-shaped chips, as well as copper, aluminum, and cast-iron debris. A scraper-type chip conveyor is available as an optional configuration.
