CNC Vertical Lathe Spindle

The spindle unit features an optimized design for increased cutting torque. The spindle diameter has been enlarged to Ø160 mm and incorporates a set of bidirectional angular contact bearings to enhance rigidity and load capacity. A centralized automatic lubrication system with fluid-level and pressure monitoring helps reduce friction, control operating temperature, and extend bearing service life, making the machine suitable for high-speed, continuous, and heavy-duty machining applications.

The machine is equipped with Hiwin (Taiwan) ball screws. Both the X and Z axes are supported by triple-row NSK angular contact bearings with optimized preload settings. This configuration maintains stable performance under both loaded and unloaded conditions, reduces the effects of thermal expansion on the ball screw system, extends component service life, and helps maintain positioning accuracy.

CNC Vertical Lathe Tool Post and Chuck

The machine uses a fully automatic hydraulic control system and an automatic hydraulic chuck. A specially designed composite fixture supports and secures the workpiece during machining. Automatic multi-stage pressure control adjusts the clamping force for roughing and finishing operations, allowing both processes to be completed in a single setup. This helps maintain machining accuracy across all machined surfaces, improves production efficiency, reduces setup time, and minimizes the risk of workpiece deformation associated with conventional clamping methods.
