High Precision Automatic Vertical Lathe

In order to improve the machining accuracy, this lathe adopts a precision and high-stiffness cartridge spindle structure. This structure is not only easy to maintain, but also the fully symmetrical suspension design makes the spindle sleeve more stable.
To enhance the stability of the machine, this lathe is also equipped with a high-power AC spindle motor. This ensures that the machine runs more smoothly during the working process. In addition, the spindle is lubricated with advanced grease, and the fully enclosed design eliminates the need for maintenance.
Saddle and column guide rail are the key components of machine tool, which directly affect the dynamic response performance of machine tool. In order to ensure good dynamic response performance of the machine, this lathe uses a linear rolling guide with heavy load. This kind of guide rail can withstand large loads.
