The double column vertical cutting machine employs a double column structure for machining the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and end faces of parts, as well as performing grooving and chamfering. It is particularly suitable for machining parts such as clutch covers, brake shoes, and brake discs.
The double column structure can complete the rough turning, semi-finishing turning and finishing of the workpiece. It can realize the one-time clamping and positioning of the workpiece and complete the whole process. Under the premise of ensuring accuracy, it effectively improves the processing efficiency and reduces the production cost.
The spindle structure of the machine tool is a spindle unit assembly, which effectively guarantees the accuracy and rigidity. The internal bearing of the spindle unit is lubricated with special grease, and the installation and maintenance are convenient.
The machine tool adopts a roller-type linear guide pair with ultra-high rigidity and ultra-heavy load capacity. The positioning accuracy and load-bearing capacity of the longitudinal and transverse feed motion of the machine tool are greatly improved.
The vertical and horizontal feed are automatically controlled by the servo feed motor. There are stainless steel protective devices in both directions, and a load balancing mechanism is configured in the vertical direction to reduce the load of the screw and greatly extend the service life of the screw.
