The VMC series machining centers feature 3-axis (X, Y, and Z) feed control and servo-driven spindles, with optional tool magazines ranging from 16 to 24 positions. They are capable of performing multiple machining operations-including drilling, milling, boring, counterboring, reaming, and tapping-on complex workpieces such as discs, plates, housings, cams, and molds in a single setup. Equipped with a 3-axis linear guideway structure, these machines are suitable for both single-piece production and batch manufacturing of complex components across a wide range of industries.
Spindle
The spindle is dynamically balanced and designed for high rigidity. The machine features a rigid box-type structure and a reinforced column interface for enhanced stability. A standard spindle center air-blast system helps maintain reliable performance during high-speed operation, while the dust extraction system helps extend spindle service life.
Box body
The high-rigidity milling head features a reinforced frame design. The contact length between the spindle head and the column is optimized according to a golden-ratio design, providing solid support for the spindle and ensuring machining stability.
Ball screw and linear guide
The X-axis features a six-block support structure that provides excellent stability during heavy-duty machining and increases the worktable's load capacity to up to 500 kg. The Y-axis adopts an integrated design for the ball screw bearing housing and motor mount, allowing it to withstand higher radial loads.
CNC system
The machine is equipped with a KND CNC system as standard, while Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Siemens, HNC, and GSK control systems are available as optional configurations to meet different user requirements.
