CNC Machine Tools for Metal Cutting

The CNC lathe also adopts a precision and high stiffness elastic cylinder spindle structure. This structure is convenient for maintenance and can effectively reduce the influence of thermal deformation on dimensional accuracy. In addition, the spindle bearing sleeve adopts a fully symmetrical, suspended design scheme, which further enhances the stability of the machine.
The main shaft bearing is lubricated with imported grease, and the fully enclosed maintenance-free design ensures the normal operation of the machine.
Linear rolling guide with overload load is selected for saddle and column linear guide. This guide does not have a high accuracy retention, which can ensure stability and accuracy during processing.
