CNC lathe inclined guide rail
The inclined guide rail in the CNC tilt lathe is one of its core components and has an important impact on the processing accuracy, stability and efficiency of the machine tool.
CNC tilt lathe tilt guide rail refers to the guide rail used to support and guide the spindle, worktable and other components to move in a specific direction on a CNC tilt lathe (i.e. a type of CNC lathe whose bed or guide rail part is designed to be tilted). system. The design of the inclined guide rail helps reduce friction and vibration generated during the cutting process and improves processing accuracy and stability.
When the spindle or table moves along the inclined guide rail, the cutting force is decomposed into a vertical component and a horizontal component. Due to the supporting effect of the inclined guide rail, the vertical component is effectively absorbed, while the horizontal component is reduced, thereby reducing vibration and friction during the cutting process.
