Graphite is corrosive, electrically and thermally conductive, and the powder generated during processing can easily enter the machine's interior, affecting the lifespan, stability, and machining accuracy of core components and the machine itself. Our graphite Graphite specific CNC milling machine features a high-rigidity machine bed made of premium cast iron, minimizing deformation during high-speed operation and ensuring stable machining accuracy with a positioning precision of ±0.005mm. This is crucial for machining complex graphite molds, electrodes, and precision parts.
Graphite dust is fine, highly conductive, and easily accumulates, affecting machining accuracy and posing risks to equipment and operators. Our graphite CNC machining center is equipped with a dedicated, high-power dust removal system with a multi-stage filtration design, capturing up to 99.9% of graphite dust. The enclosed machining chamber and sealed spindle prevent dust from entering internal components, extending machine life and ensuring a clean working environment.
Graphite materials require high-speed cutting to avoid chipping and improve machining efficiency. This machine tool is equipped with an 800 rpm high-speed spindle and a high-speed feed system, which reduces cutting time while ensuring surface finish. Optimized toolpath design combined with a rigid structure enables high-speed machining without sacrificing accuracy, significantly improving the production efficiency of batch processing of graphite parts.
Graphite is an abrasive material that rapidly wears down cutting tools. This graphite CNC machining center is equipped with a tool wear monitoring system that automatically detects tool condition and alerts the operator when tool replacement is needed. Furthermore, anti-wear coatings on the spindle and tool holder reduce friction and wear, while an optional cooling system further extends tool life. This design reduces tool change costs and minimizes production downtime.
