VMC1160 Vertical Milling Machine

The VMC1160 Vertical Milling Machine can handle parts up to 1100 × 600 mm in size. Its reinforced table saddle supports a maximum load of 800 kg. The spindle motor is available in either 11 kW or 15 kW, depending on the part being processed. The machine's base and column, combined with high-rigidity, heavy-duty roller guides on all three axes, keep the table stable during movement. Both the X and Z axes use six sliders to enhance load-bearing rigidity and absorb vibrations during heavy cutting, improving workpiece accuracy and surface finish. This large-stroke, high-rigidity machine is suitable for processing most steel parts.
