All three axes employ high-precision roller linear guides and precision ball screw drives, making the machine ideal for machining precision parts and complex cavities. Positioning accuracy reaches ±0.005mm, satisfying dimensional consistency requirements during continuous operation and making it well-suited for mass production orders.
Automated Tool Changing for Enhanced Efficiency
Equipped with a 24-tool capacity-featuring either an umbrella-type or disc-type tool magazine-the machine enables fully automated tool changing. It supports a maximum tool weight of 8kg and a maximum tool length of 300mm, thereby reducing manual intervention time, boosting efficiency in multi-step machining processes, and helping factories shorten production cycles.
Simplified Operation and Maintenance
The standard configuration features a GSK CNC control system; however, customers may opt for other systems-such as HNC, KND, Siemens, FANUC, or Mitsubishi-based on their operational preferences. The mature user interface allows technical personnel to quickly master the system. Additionally, the design incorporates automatic lubrication and centralized chip evacuation systems, helping to reduce the workload associated with routine daily maintenance.
