✔️This CNC VTL features a single-column vertical guideway structure. The column, base, and slide are manufactured from high-grade gray cast iron using a resin sand casting process, providing excellent rigidity, smooth chip evacuation, and an optimized machining area.

✔️The spindle is supported by P5-grade precision bearings and undergoes dynamic balancing to ensure stable operation at high speeds. Imported grease lubrication helps maintain smooth and reliable spindle performance.

✔️An automatic centralized lubrication system delivers intermittent lubrication to the bed guideways and X/Z-axis ball screws, ensuring consistent lubrication of all critical sliding and transmission components.

✔️The X- and Z-axis feed drives use precision ball screws directly coupled to AC servo motors. Angular contact bearings support the ball screws to maintain positioning accuracy and transmission stability.

✔️The machine is equipped with 55 mm and 45 mm roller-type linear guideways, offering high load capacity and rigidity. Turcite-B wear strips are bonded to the mating slide surfaces to reduce friction and improve motion smoothness.

✔️Optional chip conveyor systems, including chain-plate, scraper, and magnetic scraper types, are available to suit different workpiece materials and machining conditions.

✔️The CNC control system can be configured to meet specific application requirements, with available options including KND, Siemens, FANUC, and other widely used control systems.
