The spindle unit maintains a mounting clearance of ≤0.02mm against the machine bed, delivering superior vibration resistance while effectively blocking dust and debris ingress.

This vertical lathe is fitted with extended heavy-duty linear roller guide rails. The configuration ensures outstanding cutting rigidity and responsive dynamic performance, stable precision retention throughout long-run production, and extended overall machine service life.

Both X and Z axes feature premium Taiwan-made precision ball screw sets and matching professional bearings. Pre-tensioned screw support structures minimize accuracy deviations caused by thermal deformation, securing consistent machining precision during prolonged continuous operations.

Equipped with a pneumatic-hydraulic balance system, the vertical slide relies on high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic fluid to offset the dead weight of the slide and turret assembly. This design lowers servo motor load, sustains long-term machine accuracy, prolongs equipment service life, and eliminates safety risks including unexpected slide dropping during power failures.

CNC vertical lathes accommodate workpieces with diameters between 400mm and 1000mm, as well as heights spanning 500mm to 1000mm.
