Main Features

The gantry structure is the optimal operating structure for horizontal band saws. It offers stable operation, high rigidity, and extremely high sawing precision. The metal band saw is controlled by a combination of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, featuring hydraulic clamping, automatic feed, and rapid lifting and lowering of the cutting frame.
The main transmission component of a metal band saw is the worm gear. The worm gear is made of tin bronze and machined using a precision gear hobbing machine and a precision worm gear cutter. After precision grinding, the worm is ground on a precision eddy current grinder, resulting in a high surface finish and high precision. The worm housing is made of Meehanite cast iron and processed using a special boring process to ensure machining accuracy and a long service life.
The metal band saw utilizes imported thin-plate bimetal band saw blades, resulting in narrow kerfs, low material consumption, and low energy consumption. It is a highly efficient cutting tool with significant material and energy savings, suitable for large and medium-sized enterprises and institutions cutting large steel billets and large mold blanks.
