2. The sawing speed is hydraulically controlled and infinitely adjustable. Cylinder control ensures smooth feed. A bundle-forming device can be added according to customer needs. Semi-automatic and fully automatic CNC options are available upon request.
3. The main components of the sawing machine include the base, bed, columns, saw beam, transmission mechanism, guide device, workpiece clamping, tensioning device, feed rack, hydraulic transmission system, electrical control system, and lubrication and cooling system.
4. The bed is constructed from thick steel plates, cut, formed, and welded, providing high rigidity.
5. The saw blade operates at three speeds.
