Performance Advantages
◆ This VTL for automotive parts machining features a dual-column structure. Two independent sets of saddles and slides are mounted on the machine bed, allowing roughing and finishing operations to be carried out simultaneously. This design helps reduce machining time and improve overall production efficiency.
◆ The spindle unit adopts a TAC structure and is equipped with high-quality bearings from FAG (Germany) or NSK (Japan). The internal bearings use specialized grease lubrication, which improves spindle speed performance and operating stability while extending service life, ensuring reliable and consistent machining performance.
◆ The spindle pulley and CNC servo motor pulley are directly connected through a drive belt. Equipped with a 30 kW servo motor, the machine provides a wide range of stepless speed control, allowing the spindle speed to be adjusted according to different roughing and finishing requirements.
◆ The machine is equipped as standard with a dual horizontal 8-station tool turret. According to specific machining requirements, it can also be configured with dual horizontal CNC turrets, a single horizontal turret with single-row or double-row tool arrangements, or a customized grinding head for combined turning and grinding operations, such as brake disc machining.
