CNC Precision Vertical Lathe
CNC vertical lathe is a CNC vertical lathe, which is suitable for processing medium and small disk and cover parts of the lathe, it has high strength cast iron base and column, so it has good stability and seismic ability. It adopts vertical structure, easy to clamp the product workpiece, and occupies a small area.
In order to ensure the stable operation of the machine, the oil-water separation structure is selected for the CNC vertical lathe. This construction can keep the cooling water clean and environmentally friendly, and can extend the service life. At the same time, the CNC vertical car also uses a separate cooling water tank, making the cooling water more convenient to clean.
In the main shaft structure, CNC vertical lathe adopts the precision and high stiffness of the cylindrical spindle structure. This structure is convenient for maintenance and replacement of the spindle bearing sleeve, and the spindle bearing sleeve has a fully symmetrical, suspended design scheme, which can better solve the influence of thermal deformation on dimensional accuracy. The CNC vertical motor is also equipped with a large power AC spindle motor. This motor can provide enough power to enable the machine to process a variety of materials smoothly.
