Waterproof Hydraulic Chuck
The standard configuration includes a 12-inch waterproof hydraulic three-jaw chuck, with 18-inch and 24-inch chucks also available to suit different workpiece requirements. The chuck provides uniform clamping force, helping reduce deformation during the machining of thin-walled die-cast aluminum motor housings. A sealing strip is installed between the chuck jaws and chuck body to prevent coolant from entering the spindle area and to prevent chips from entering the sliding surfaces and causing wear. Three T-slots are provided on the chuck face for quick fixture installation and replacement.

Servo Turret
The machine tool is equipped with an 8-station servo turret, capable of mounting external turning tools, internal boring tools, end-face grooving tools, and chamfering tools. It enables multiple machining operations to be completed without frequent tool changes, effectively reducing machining cycle time. Servo-driven indexing combined with hydraulic locking ensures smooth operation and accurate positioning. A vertical turret is also available for specific machining applications, while a live tooling turret can be configured for drilling and other powered machining operations.

Independent Coolant System
The coolant system covers the machining area and machine bed, cooling the workpiece and cutting tools while flushing away chips generated during machining. The high-flow coolant circulation system quickly removes heat generated during high-speed precision turning of motor housings, helping maintain dimensional stability and reduce thermal deformation of aluminum alloy components. During heavy-duty roughing operations, it also improves chip removal performance, preventing aluminum chips from sticking to the workpiece and affecting surface quality.

Chain-Type Chip Conveyor
The machine is equipped with a chain-type chip conveyor designed to efficiently transport block and coiled chips generated during the machining of cast iron and stainless steel components.
