◆ The slant-bed machine tool features an integrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system with a modular design, allowing individual modules to be manufactured, serviced, and replaced independently.
◆The machine is built on a one-piece 30° slant-bed casting that provides excellent rigidity, improves chip evacuation, and promotes stable cutting performance. Both the X- and Z-axes are equipped with 35 mm precision linear guideways featuring four-direction load support. This design enables high rapid-traverse speeds while maintaining a compact structure and reducing maintenance requirements.
◆The spindle incorporates an integrated dynamically balanced design, enabling higher spindle speeds and improved surface finish quality. Power is transmitted through a belt-driven system that minimizes transmission losses. This configuration helps control spindle temperature rise, reduces thermal distortion, and maintains machining accuracy during extended operation.
◆The standard configuration includes an 8-inch (Ø210 mm) Taiwanese-made three-jaw hydraulic chuck, providing flexible workholding for a wide range of machining applications.
◆An automatic centralized lubrication system delivers consistent lubrication through programmable lubrication cycles. Hydraulic cylinder pressure can be adjusted independently and is protected by integrated safety mechanisms.
◆To accommodate different machining requirements, the chip management system can be configured with a hinged-belt conveyor, scraper conveyor, or magnetic scraper conveyor.
