Automobile Mold High-precision Processing CNC Inclined Lathe (hereinafter referred to as the CNC inclined lathe) is a sophisticated CNC machine tool specifically designed for the manufacturing of automotive molds. It features an inclined bed structure, multi-axis联动capability, and precise control technology. This equipment serves as a core component in the production of molds for automotive body panels (such as doors and hoods) and structural components. As an intelligent machine tool, it is capable of performing compound machining processes including turning, milling, and drilling. The beds of the CNC inclined lathes manufactured by our factory are inclined at an angle (typically 30°-45°), differing from traditional flat beds. These machines are equipped with high-precision numerical control systems that accurately control the machining process through computer programs. Additionally, they possess compound machining capabilities, featuring powered tool turrets or milling spindles, enabling "one-time clamping and multiple-process completion."

Integral type
The machine tool is an integrated layout of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, with a 45° overall tilted bed, which has the advantages of compact structure, strong rigidity, smooth chip removal and convenient operation; the guide rail type is a rolling guide rail, and the transmission parts use high-speed silent ball screws, which have the advantages of fast speed, low heat generation and high positioning accuracy. The machine tool is fully enclosed for protection, automatic chip removal, automatic lubrication and automatic cooling.


Bed
The overall resin sand gray cast iron bed, the casting structure is optimized by finite element analysis, and the casting is treated by secondary aging, with high rigidity and high stability; the finishing is processed by a high-precision gantry machining center with high geometric accuracy; the tilted bed layout has the advantages of strong rigidity, compact structure, smooth chip removal and convenient operation. The bed guide rail is a rolling guide rail with a small friction coefficient, fast moving speed and high positioning accuracy.


Spindle
The spindle motor adopts FANUC servo motor and belt speed regulation transmission; the spindle bearing adopts imported high-precision angular contact ball bearings with high speed, high rotation accuracy and low temperature rise. High rigidity spindle assembly, front support adopts 70 series angular contact ball bearing, strong load-bearing capacity, suitable for cantilever cutting without cage support; spindle assembly is assembled in a constant temperature environment and strictly balanced.


Ball screw
AC servo motor, high-speed silent ball screw, flexible coupling direct connection, fast moving speed, high positioning accuracy, high repeat positioning accuracy; built-in absolute encoder, no cumulative error, no memory, no need to find reference points, and position information is not lost after power failure. Double nut and C3 grade high-precision ball screw.
