Product Introduction

1. The vertical machining center has a full range of specifications. You can choose the appropriate model according to the workpiece you are working on, or you can customize it according to your needs.
2. The vertical machining center is controlled by a CNC system. The standard configuration is the GSK CNC system. FANUC, SIEMENS, and HNC CNC systems can be selected according to customer needs.
3. The three-axis motor of the vertical machining center is directly connected to the high-precision ball screw. The ball screw is pre-stretched and installed to further reduce the influence of the screw deflection, improve the transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy, and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.004.
4. The vertical machining center is equipped with a high-speed spindle unit (spindle speed up to 8000) and an automatic tool changing system (optional bamboo hat and disc type). The third and fourth axes can be added. Multi-axis linkage makes complex surface processing easier, and multi-faceted processing can be completed at one time.

Vertical machining centers are widely used in the processing of plate, disc and shell parts.

1. For plate and disc parts, this usually involves milling, cutting or engraving the surface.

2. Large worktable: For plate parts, a larger worktable is required to accommodate the entire workpiece. Vertical machining centers can adjust the worktable according to the size of the workpiece to accommodate parts of different sizes.

3. Hole machining and thread machining: For shell parts, hole machining and thread machining may be required.
4. Multi-axis control: If the part has a complex surface or contour, the tool can be controlled to move at different angles and directions, making it easier to process parts with complex shapes with high precision.
