The horizontal machining center has three linear axes and one or two rotary axes, and has the functions of movement and rotation. The horizontal machining center is a very practical mechanical processing equipment, which has the advantages of high efficiency, high precision and a wide processing range.
The horizontal machining center has efficient automated processing characteristics, and can automatically complete various processing processes such as drilling, milling, cutting, and tapping. It is many times more efficient than manual processing, and also reduces the error rate. Because the horizontal machining center uses advanced mechanical technology, its processing accuracy is extremely high and can meet the requirements of high-precision processing, especially for some workpieces with harder materials. It is more accurate.
The biggest feature of the horizontal machining center is the large tool magazine capacity, fast tool change speed, high spindle speed, and fast three-axis fast movement, which realizes fast cutting and improves processing efficiency.
The horizontal machining center adopts a mature and stable cross saddle structure, with widened base and widened lower saddle to improve rigidity and fast movement stability. The casting is made of resin sand casting, with high precision retention.
The horizontal machining center adopts a standard BT40 ring-spray belt spindle unit, equipped with a water retaining ring and air curtain protection device to avoid the infiltration of cutting fluid and dust; the spindle sleeve is cooled by circulating oil to ensure the spindle accuracy and extend its service life

Machine tool structure
The main structure of the horizontal machining center is an inverted T-shaped, dynamic column structure with good rigidity. The beautiful shape fully reflects the engineering concept of man-machine integration. It is a high-performance, high-efficiency, high-speed high-end CNC machine tool with high rigidity, stable operation and high precision retention. The whole machine is easy to use, operate and maintain.
The advanced finite element analysis software is used to reasonably optimize the arrangement of the ribs to ensure its strength and rigidity, so that the performance indicators of each component are optimized and the rigidity is guaranteed to be durable.
The double-column closed frame structure is adopted, and the cavity is provided with high longitudinal and transverse annular ribs, so that the column has high torsional and bending rigidity.
The AC servo spindle motor can realize stepless speed regulation of the spindle.
The tool magazine manipulator adopts a complete set of products from professional supporting manufacturers, with reliable quality and stable performance, which further improves the working reliability of the whole machine.
Advanced large inertia feed servo motor is used to realize three-axis feed drive, and high-rigidity ball screw pair is used to fundamentally solve the processing error caused by thermal deformation and transmission clearance during the processing of the workpiece, so as to achieve the purpose of time saving and high precision.
The double-station indexing rotary table is driven by a large inertia feed servo motor, and the position accuracy is positioned by a high-precision rat gear disk, which is high-precision, accurate and reliable.
Equipped with high-performance FANUC 0i-MF CNC system, it can ensure the CNC processing functions and auxiliary functions required by users.
