High speed CNC lathe
High precision CNC lathe is short for digital program control lathe, which has the characteristics of good versatility, high machining precision and high machining efficiency. In China, high-precision CNC lathes are a kind of CNC machine tool with a large use and a wide coverage, accounting for about 25% of the total number of CNC machine tools (excluding lathes made of technological transformation).
The spindle pulley of the high precision CNC lathe and the spindle CNC servo motor pulley are connected through the belt, and the servo motor is configured. This design allows the speed of the spindle to be continuously changed, and the speed range is wide. Therefore, high-precision CNC lathes can meet the requirements of different spindle speeds for rough machining and finishing parts.
In addition, the tool holder of the high precision CNC lathe adopts a horizontal or vertical multi-station CNC tool. This design makes the load time of the tool holder short, thus greatly improving the work efficiency. Whether performing simple turning operations or complex cutting processes, high-precision CNC lathes are able to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
High precision CNC lathes combine the advantages of general purpose lathes, precision lathes and special ordinary lathes, with efficient, accurate and flexible machining capabilities. It is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, electronic equipment and other industries, and plays an important role in improving production efficiency and product quality.
