Performance Advantages

This CNC VTL lathe features linear roller guideways-available in 35 mm and 45 mm specifications-on both the X and Z axes. The roller-type guideways provide a large contact area and high load-bearing capacity, ensuring smooth and stable feed movement.

The machine is built with a solid, one-piece cast iron bed. After casting, the structure undergoes both natural and artificial aging processes to fully relieve internal stresses. The heavy-duty bed design ensures stability during heavy cutting operations.

The spindle is equipped with a 12-inch hydraulic chuck that delivers high clamping force, ensuring the workpiece remains secure without loosening or slipping. Custom fixtures can be designed according to specific workpieces, supporting the clamping and machining of various disc-shaped, wheel-type, and large rotary components.

Key lubrication points-including guideways, ball screws, and bearings-are supplied by a fully automatic centralized lubrication system. The system automatically delivers lubricant at preset intervals and quantities, enabling continuous and maintenance-free lubrication.
