This CNC vertical machining center is a 3-axis CNC machine with a vertical structure. It integrates multiple machining functions such as milling, drilling, tapping, and boring into a single unit, making it suitable for multi-process machining applications. It is capable of complex machining tasks and supports various production modes, from single-part prototyping and small to medium batch production to large-scale mass manufacturing.

Equipped with an automatic tool changer, it performs milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, cavity machining, and contour machining on metal and certain non-metal workpieces.

■ The spindle utilizes a belt-driven system with a maximum speed of 8,000 rpm.

■ A 24-tool umbrella-type automatic tool changer (ATC) is provided as standard to support a wide range of machining requirements.

■ The spindle head assembly features a heavy-duty box-type structure with internal reinforcing ribs, providing excellent rigidity.

■ A hydraulic tool-release mechanism ensures even force distribution on the spindle during tool changes, helping extend bearing service life.

■ The ball screws are protected by telescopic covers that prevent metal chips and dust from entering the system, reducing wear on transmission components.

■ All three axes are equipped with Hiwin (Taiwan) 45-series linear guideways. Combined with precision nut preloading and end-tensioning systems, they ensure minimal backlash and thermal deformation during long-term operation.

■ The machine features a BT40 spindle taper with stepless speed control throughout the entire operating range. The spindle is precision-ground to ensure accurate tool-holder fit and secure clamping, minimizing radial runout during machining and improving both surface finish and dimensional accuracy. A Coolant-Through-Spindle (CTS) system is available as an optional configuration to meet specific machining requirements.
