1. Refuel each lubrication point of the vertical machining center machine, fill the hydraulic oil tank with the required hydraulic oil, and connect the air source.
2. Power on the vertical machining center, power each component separately or test each component once, and then power it on. Observe whether each component has alarms, whether each component is normal manually, and whether each safety device works. Make all aspects of the machine tool can be operated and moved.
3. Grouting. After the initial operation of the vertical machining center, roughly adjust the geometric accuracy of the machine tool, and adjust the relative position of the main moving parts and the main machine that have been disassembled and assembled. Align the manipulator, tool magazine, exchange workbench, and position. After these tasks are done, the anchor bolts of the main machine and various accessories can be filled with quick-drying cement, and the reserved holes for anchor bolts can be filled flat.
4. Debugging. Prepare various testing tools, such as precision level, standard square ruler, parallel square tube, etc.
5. Fine-tune the level of the machine tool so that the geometric accuracy of the vertical machining center is within the allowable error range. Use multi-point pad support to adjust the bed to a level in a free state to ensure the stability of the bed after adjustment.
6. Use manual control to adjust the position of the manipulator relative to the spindle and use the adjustment mandrel. When installing a heavy tool holder, perform multiple automatic exchanges from the tool magazine to the spindle position to ensure accuracy and no collision.
7. Move the worktable of the vertical machining center to the exchange position, adjust the relative position of the pallet station and the exchange worktable to achieve smooth automatic exchange of the worktable, and install a large load on the worktable for multiple exchanges.
