2. Inspection and adjustment
Accuracy inspection: Regularly (such as every quarter or half a year) inspect and calibrate the accuracy of the machine tool, including spindle speed, straightness and parallelism of linear motion, verticality, etc., to ensure the consistency of processing accuracy.
Fastener inspection: Check whether all fasteners are loose, especially the bolts at the connection between the tool magazine, spindle, and guide rails, to ensure that there is no looseness.
Electrical system inspection: Check whether there are any abnormalities in electrical wiring, sensors, control panels, etc. to ensure the stability and reliability of the electrical system.
3. Replacement of worn parts
Tools and fixtures: Regularly check the wear of tools and replace them in time to ensure processing quality; ensure that the fixtures are tightened and accurately positioned.
Guide rails and lead screws: Depending on the frequency of use and wear, the guide rail surface and lead screw may need to be replaced or repaired to maintain smooth and precise movement.
4. Anti-corrosion and rust prevention
Anti-corrosion: For exposed metal parts, apply anti-rust oil regularly to prevent rust.
Rust prevention: For machine tools that are not used for a long time, it is recommended to cover them with dust covers to prevent dust and moisture from invading.
5. Safety inspection
Safety devices: Regularly check whether safety devices such as safety door switches, emergency stop buttons, and overload protection are working properly.
Environmental conditions: Ensure that the temperature and humidity of the working environment meet the requirements of the machine tool to avoid environmental factors affecting the performance of the machine tool.
