Fully automatic CNC machine tools have the advantages of high efficiency, high precision, and high degree of automation, and have been welcomed by the market as soon as they were launched. However, the use of fully automatic CNC machine tools also requires reasonable maintenance to ensure normal operation and long service life of the machine tools. To this end, we provide the following maintenance guides for our users:
First, regularly clean the inside of the fully automatic CNC machine tool to remove metal cutting chips, lubricating oil residue and other impurities. When cleaning, pay attention to easily damaged parts such as the electrical circuits and controllers inside the machine tool, and be careful to prevent equipment damage caused by misoperation.
Second, check the machine tool lubrication system frequently and refill or replace lubricating oil in time. The machine tool lubrication system is the key to the normal operation of fully automatic CNC machine tools. If lubrication is insufficient or the oil is dirty, it will cause equipment performance to decline and even cause serious failures.
Third, maintain cutting tools. According to the service life of cutting tools, tools should be disassembled, cleaned, inspected and replaced in a timely manner to ensure that the cutting edge tip is sharp to achieve high efficiency and precision in part cutting and processing.
Fourth, frequently check the moving parts of the machine tool, especially the parts that are prone to wear such as machine tool guide rails, screws and bearings, and lubricate and replace accessories in a timely manner.
Fifth, check the control system regularly and make appropriate adjustments and calibrations. Check the cables and plugs to prevent malfunctions caused by poor electrical circuit contact.
In general, although fully automatic CNC machine tools have a high degree of automation and stability, reasonable maintenance is still crucial. We hope that users will conscientiously abide by this guide and perform daily maintenance and upkeep of machine tools in accordance with the prescribed time and steps to ensure the long service life of the machine tools and improve equipment operation efficiency and processing quality.
